Because each of our toys is individually handcrafted, we understand that questions may arise about your purchase. We encourage you to contact us with any concerns so we can work together to find a satisfactory solution.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within thirty days of receipt if they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, grain patterns, and color are natural characteristics and do not constitute grounds for return. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Custom or personalized items created to your specifications cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will work with you during the creation process to ensure custom pieces meet your expectations before completion.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature or condition. These include items that have been used, items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery, items without original packaging or tags, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Custom-made or personalized items created according to your specific requirements are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed upon during the ordering process.
For health and safety reasons, items that have been in contact with children or have been opened from sealed packaging may not be eligible for return. Please contact us to discuss specific circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package each item before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage and the packaging.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the nature of the problem and your preference. In cases of shipping damage, we may need to file a claim with the carrier, and your cooperation in providing documentation will be appreciated.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within forty-eight hours if you discover any damage or defects. This allows us to address the issue promptly and take appropriate action with our shipping partners if necessary.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through our website contact form or by phone with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If you are returning an item due to our error, damage during shipping, or a defect in the product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within seven to ten business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to be reflected.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your financial institution, then contact us with your order details so we can investigate the status of your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to discuss availability and options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
For exchanges, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item to ensure you receive exactly what you want without delay. However, we are happy to facilitate direct exchanges when possible.
If there is a price difference between the returned item and the exchange item, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment as appropriate.
Partial Returns
If you received multiple items in a single order and wish to return only some of them, you may do so as long as each item meets our return eligibility criteria. Partial returns will be refunded proportionally based on the individual item prices.
If your order included a discount or promotion that required a minimum purchase amount, returning items that bring your order total below that threshold may result in an adjustment to your refund to account for the discount that would no longer apply.
International Returns
International customers are welcome to return items following the same guidelines as domestic returns. However, please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
International returns may take longer to process due to customs procedures and shipping times. We recommend using a trackable international shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process. These charges are not refundable and are separate from the product refund.
Restocking Fees
We do not typically charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our eligibility criteria. However, items returned in unsatisfactory condition, without original packaging, or showing signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.
Large or custom orders may be subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than damage or defect. We will inform you of any applicable fees before processing your return.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled without charge if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production has begun, depending on how far along the creation process has progressed. We will work with you to find the best solution if you need to cancel a custom order.
